Details of the program

Day 1: Arrival Day

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and meet our team after you clear up the customs. You will be taken to your hotel in Arusha. If you arrive early, you may talk to your guide about some optional activities.

Arusha City is a dazzling safari capital of Tanzania. Its proximity to major tourist destinations like Serengeti, Mount Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and others makes it a preferred place to sleep before and after the safari.

Enjoy a nice dinner at your lodge and sleep well following the commencement of your itinerary the next day.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We drive to Tarangire National Park after breakfast, bringing a picnic lunch along. We spend a whole day exploring the vast plains of Tarangire. We enjoy the views of large elephant herds and other wild animals like buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and lions. Later on, we return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Today, we transferred from Tarangire National Park. Our day will begin early in the morning targeting a morning game drive. After breakfast, we drive for 1:30 hours to Lake Manyara.

At Lake Manyara, we explore the vast grasslands, woodlands, and the majestic soda lake. We will encounter wild animals including elephants, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, and tree-climbing lions. We will enjoy lunch at a designated picnic site. We then spend the rest of the day driving through the wild.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we embark on the drive en route to Serengeti. We pass through the high-lying farmland of Karatu and finally descend into the central Serengeti. We arrive at lunchtime. After clearing the customs, we head to the camp/lodge for lunch.

After lunch, we take an afternoon game drive into the Serengeti Plains. As we drive, look for wild animals, birds, and stunning landscapes. Return to the camp for a sundowner, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Today, we spent a full day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti. There is a great chance of coming across the Big Five, big cats, and migratory animals like wildebeests and zebras. We will return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we start the journey to the Ngorongoro Crater. This spectacular caldera is home to over 30,000 animals on its floor. As we drive, watch out for the Big Five. Rhinos prefer the shrubland as their hideouts. You may also see wildebeests, zebras, impalas, elands, cheetahs, and many more.

Day 7: Departure

We will start our day with a morning drive in the crater. After lunch, we ascend the rim and drive to Arusha. There is an option to stop at the Maasai villages. We will drop you at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay following your departure. End of safari.
