We are glad that you are interested in our services. We recommend you read our Booking and Cancellation Terms before sending a booking request. These terms apply to Tanzania Distance Adventures and the terms, “we” or “us” should be defined as Tanzania Distance Adventures, whereas “you” shall be defined as a client.
We have booking terms, which upon making a request, you are bound thereto. Bob Geor Adventures and Safaris reserves the right to update these terms whenever required. It is recommended to visit our website before booking.
Upon interest in our services, the client should contact the sales team. A Booking Form will be provided, which the client will have to fill out and submit.
- The booking is deemed confirmed if a down payment of 60% of the total cost is received. This percentage varies depending on the total cost of your safari, the type of safari, the size of the group, and the duration of your trip. The remaining balance must be settled at least 60 days before arrival.
- Full payments are required for chimpanzee trekking safaris to be confirmed. Chimpanzee permits require full payments to be confirmed.
- For bookings made within 60 days of the date of arrival, a full invoice will have to be paid within 5 days of the date of the Booking.
- We deduct 30% of the total cost except for Airline expenses. This stake is non-refundable. It covers the costs we incurred when preparing your safari. It is, therefore, not included in the cancellation compensation.
- We accept payments wired through our bank account. A bank receipt will be required to confirm the payments. We accept US Dollars only and notes issued before 2006 are a reject.
- The payments for your Airline tickets should be paid in full before the travel date.
- We reserve the right to reject bookings at our sole discretion and our bookings are subject to compliance with our terms.
