We are glad that you are interested in our services. We recommend you read our Booking and Cancellation Terms before sending a booking request. These terms apply to Bob Geor Adventures and Safaris and the terms, “we” or “us” should be defined as Bob Geor Adventures and Safaris, whereas “you” shall be defined as a client.
If your booking is confirmed and you can’t attend the tour, our Cancellation Terms will be applied. For any amendment or cancellation, you must contact our Sales Staff by writing, email, or fax, and shall be effective when received and acknowledged by Bob Geor Adventures and Safaris.
When you cancel
- From confirmation up to 61 days before arrival, a 30% deposit will be deducted as a booking fee.
- Between 60 and 45 days before arrival, 50% of the invoice amount will be deducted.
- Between 44 and 31 days before arrival, 60% of the invoice amount will be deducted.
- Within 30 days or less before arrival, 100% of the invoice amount will be deducted
We are unable to issue any refund in case one or all of the following cases happen.
- Terminating the trip after its commencement for any reason.
- Missing any travel due to any reason or substituting the booked travel.
- Amending itineraries after their departure.
When we cancel
It is our role to offer services regardless of whatever. But there are cases that we are forced to cancel your booking. We will inform you as soon as possible and the following terms apply.
- We will offer an alternative package of similar cost in case your trip was terminated due to other reasons than your failure to make payment or force majeure.
- If an alternative safari package costs less than the original, we will refund the difference.
- If you don’t agree with the alternative package, we will issue a full refund.
